Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timeline
Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking info once your package ships.

Packaging
All SNCHI products are secured in protective inner packaging to preserve product integrity—especially for glass bottles or balms that need cushion during transport.

Delivery Responsibility
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, SNCHI is no longer liable for loss or theft.
